Training is about helping people develop new skills, acquiring further knowledge or it can be used to challenge their thinking.

Many of us are called upon to train colleagues or run training sessions within our organisations. Maybe presenting induction sessions, or maybe managing a new team and imparting your knowledge to them as a small group or one to one.

By introducing you to new techniques, based in modern learning theory Synergy will give you the confidence and additional skills to be an effective trainer. Learn how to prepare your material thoroughly, deliver training sessions effectively and professionally to groups of all sizes large or small.
